The Founder of college is Late Sri Managar Singh. He was born at Karmanpur village near Barria in Ballia District. His Father name is Late Sri Laxmi Singh. Sri Singh was M.L.A. of Dwaba Ballia, U.P. for four times. He was very popular in public for fighting and their helping nature. He was Known as "MALVIA" of Dwaba, he established many institutions with the help of Dwaba's people. He was actually devoted for poor and helpless people. He was also Founder Manager of the college.
